Movement and postural education
The body supports itself and moves according to a logic that can be learnt. I work from a biomechanical perspective: how weight is distributed, where tension builds up, and which movement releases it. I am not looking for the perfect posture, but rather a body that understands itself.
Breathing
Breathing regulates the body. From pranayama to breath-holding, I teach you how to observe and modulate your breath in order to influence the nervous system through knowledge, not intuition. Breathing properly is something you practise; it is not something you improvise.
Environmental education
Getting to know a place is a way of looking after it. As an educator and guide, I help people to interpret the natural environment — its cycles, its names, its signs — so that they can reconnect with it mindfully, rather than merely passing through.
