\u00abDifferent initiatives, one shared vision.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

The projects I am currently involved in stem from a shared idea: learning to inhabit the body, consciousness and the land. Although each one focuses on specific areas of work, they all form part of the same ecosystem, brought together by Hol\u00edstica Nature.<\/p>\n\n

Hol\u00edstica Nature<\/h2>\n

Hol\u00edstica Nature is a school of human ecology: a space that brings together knowledge, practice and experience to explore the relationships between the body, consciousness and the land. Within this shared framework, various schools and specialised projects operate, united by a common vision and a shared understanding of learning.<\/p>\n\n

Schools and projects<\/h2>\n\n

Holistic EcoYoga<\/h3>\n

A school specialising in yoga, breathing and body-based practice with a scientific foundation. It develops training programmes, professional certifications and learning experiences centred on the body as the primary landscape. Its approach integrates body-based practice, breathing education, applied anatomy and mindfulness.<\/p>\n\n

Umanagea<\/h3>\n

A project dedicated to the natural world and the relationship between people and nature. Through experiences, activities and educational initiatives, it invites participants to rediscover a sense of presence in nature through observation, movement and direct engagement with the local area.<\/p>\n\n

Geolatra<\/h3>\n

An initiative promoting the natural sciences, landscape interpretation and environmental education. It was set up to bring geology, biodiversity and the history of the region to life through experiences, interpretative trails and educational content that help us better understand the world we live in.<\/p>\n\n

Previous projects<\/h2>\n

Throughout my career, I have also spearheaded initiatives such as Apnoea Huelva<\/strong> y Kalki Estate<\/strong>. Apnea Huelva was a space dedicated to freediving and the exploration of breathing in an aquatic environment. Finca Kalki served as a learning centre focusing on life in nature, sustainability and the mindful management of the land.<\/p>\n\n

Far from being isolated stages, they form part of a single journey that continues today through Hol\u00edstica Nature and its sister schools, integrating yoga, breathing techniques, environmental education and human ecology from an increasingly broad perspective on our relationship with the living world.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
